Dario Minieri is a professional poker player originally from Rome, Italy. He first gained recognition in the poker world in 2007 at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe Main Event, where he finished in 4th place and won €170,000.
Minieri is known for his aggressive and unpredictable playing style, as well as his signature style of wearing a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses at the poker table. He has amassed nearly $2 million in live tournament earnings and is considered one of the top Italian players in the game.
In addition to his success in live tournaments, Minieri has also achieved success in online poker, playing under the screen name "Dariominieri" on various online poker sites. He is a member of Team PokerStars and has been featured on several televised poker shows.
